J-Link App Forgot Password or Cannot Reset Password

Check Spam First Then Contact Support for a Manual Reset

If you've forgotten your J-Link password or the reset email isn't showing up, here's how to get back in.

Step 1 — Request the Reset Email

Open the J-Link app and tap Forgot Password on the login screen. Enter the email address you used when you created your account, then tap Send Reset Email.

Step 2 — Check Your Spam Folder Before Anything Else

The reset email gets filtered into spam more often than you'd expect. Before assuming something is wrong, check:

  • Your spam or junk folder
  • The Promotions tab if you use Gmail
  • The Clutter folder if you use Outlook
  • Any email filters or rules you have set up

Most of the time, the email is sitting in one of these folders.

Step 3 — Make Sure You're Using the Right Email Address

If you have more than one email account, it's easy to try the wrong one. Think back to when you first set up J-Link and try the email address you would have used at that time. If you're not sure, try each one.

Good to Know — Your Lights Still Work Without the App

Even if you can't log in right now, your EVO J3 headlights are fully functional. High beam, low beam, DRL, front position, and turn signal all work without the app. You only need to be logged in to access the special off-road modes like Off-Road Mode, Guide Mode, and Party Mode.
