#### Step-by-Step Overview
### Step 1 — Confirm Your Kit
Use the **[Motorcycle Garage tool](https://www.jwspeaker.com/garage/)** to verify the 311 is the correct kit for your make, model, and year before beginning.
### Step 2 — Remove the Factory Headlight
- Disconnect the factory headlight connector
- Remove the factory headlight from the nacelle
- Keep all original hardware in case it is needed during kit installation
### Step 3 — Mount the Conversion Kit 311
- Attach the 311 kit bracket to your existing headlight nacelle
- Secure using the hardware provided in the kit
- Confirm the mount is firm with no movement before proceeding
