The J.W. Speaker Conversion Kit 311 allows you to install any J.W. Speaker 7-inch round LED motorcycle headlight using your bike's existing headlight mount — no custom fabrication required.

Step-by-Step Overview

Step 1 — Confirm Your Kit

Use the Motorcycle Garage tool to verify the 311 is the correct kit for your make, model, and year before beginning.

Step 2 — Remove the Factory Headlight

  • Disconnect the factory headlight connector
  • Remove the factory headlight from the nacelle
  • Keep all original hardware in case it is needed during kit installation

Step 3 — Mount the Conversion Kit 311

  • Attach the 311 kit bracket to your existing headlight nacelle
  • Secure using the hardware provided in the kit
  • Confirm the mount is firm with no movement before proceeding

Step 4 — Connect the LED Headlight

  • Connect your J.W. Speaker 7-inch round LED headlight to the kit
  • Plug into your motorcycle's factory wiring connector
  • Route wiring away from heat sources and moving parts

Step 5 — Secure and Test

  • Secure the headlight into the mounted kit
  • Turn on the headlight and confirm full operation
  • Check for any movement or vibration at the mount before riding
